At-Promise Youth

Elevating Our At-Promise Youth focuses on supporting BIPOC youth aged 18-24 involved in the criminal legal system. The program assists these individuals in navigating systems and addressing trauma to remove barriers and enhance their ability to live fulfilling lives. Utilizing best and promising practices, the program offers:

• Case Management: Personalized support to help youth navigate legal, educational, and employment systems.
• Trauma-Informed Care: Addressing emotional and psychological trauma through counseling and support services.
• Life Skills Training: Equipping youth with essential skills for independent living and personal development.
• Community Engagement: Building connections with local resources and support networks to foster community integration and support.
